Brygget med einerlåg.  Lot einerkvister trekke i meskevannet på 66 grader ca 1,5 timer inkl oppvarming. Brukte einerlåg til skyllevann også

MEsket inn på 66 grader. Temp droppet ned i 65, da tok vi pause i innmesk til temp var tilbake på 66. Mesket 60 min på 66 grader, mesket ut 10 min på 78 grader. Hadde tjukk mesk i dag, 2,5 liter vann pr kg malt. Litt dårlig sirkulasjon

Batchskylling. 1 runde.

Første avtapping ble ofret.

Tilsatte O2 i ett minutt

Tilsatte 3 pk US-05 rett i vørteren

Tørrhumlet etter 14 dager. Glemte det, og har ikke hatt tid til å følge opp
