Startet innmesk på 73 grader. Glemte å stille termostaten, så innmesk avsluttet på 69.+ Falt ned til 68 etter noen minutter, og senere til 67, som var target. Mesket i 60 minutter. Mesket ut 10 min på 78 grader.

Batchskylling i to omganger. 35 liter til mesk og 35 liter til skylling

Første avtapping ble ofret.

Tilsatte O2 i ett minutt

Tilsatte 4 liter starter, med 3 rør wlp013. Gjæren ble liggende i postkassa litt for lenge, så det ene røret hadde fryst. Det var litt llav aktivitet i starteren, men det var aktivitet.
