Brygget med Geir og Lars

Justerte mølla litt i forhold til forrige brygg. Ikke noen stuck mash, men noe dårligere utbytte. 

Mesket 60 min på 68 grader. Fikk ikke noen god utmesk, tok for lang tid. Mesket ut på 75 grader.

Ofret første avtapping til de underjordiske.

Pitcha 3 pakker us-05 på 20 grader

Første brygg med hurtigkoblinger. Det var en drøm :-)

Flasket etter to uker, samtidig som vi brygga porter. Primet med 270g sukker.

Ved flasking luktet og smakte det veldig fruktig. Minner om hvit kork.
