Method: All Grain

With gvarv water, mash pH came out to 5.20 without additions needed. Added CaS04 to boil for flavor.

Mashed all 24kg of malt in one go - but hadn't set up false screen properly, so had to do a longer mash after correcting the problem.

200g of peated malt is probably too much. I would half this next time...that's what happens when you add ingredients on impulse!

Fermenting with S-05 and S-04, and will pitch WLP099 if gravity doesn't fall below 1.024.

With 75% lautering efficiency, there was enough sugars left for a regular 10 gallon brew - 084B - Afterthought - smoked porter.
